The refund policy of Gavroche LLC outlines the circumstances under which Gavroche LLC provides a refund, the method for claiming a refund, and the company’s responsibilities in such cases. By registering for any of our services, you declare your acceptance and agreement with all the terms and conditions specified in this refund policy.
Coverage and Scope
All services offered and owned by Gavroche LLC fall under the scope of this refund policy.
For websites/services that are not owned, controlled, or managed by Gavroche LLC, the refund policy does not apply. This includes third-party services, tools, and products, whether contracted or otherwise, as well as any third-party websites providing hyperlinks or references to any Gavroche LLC websites or subsidiaries.
Complaint Response
At Gavroche LLC, we are committed to assisting our clients in every way possible. All requirements are gathered and processed with the end product in mind. Change requests cannot be used as a reason to hold Gavroche LLC responsible for project delays and are not grounds for a refund. Gavroche LLC reserves the right to decline refund requests resulting from such circumstances.
Our ultimate goal is to reach a mutually acceptable solution. The Gavroche LLC team strives to help you to the best of our abilities and guide you toward the optimal resolution. In the rare case that a refund request becomes necessary, please refer to the eligibility criteria below. Note that government taxes are not refundable.
Eligibility for Refund
Full Refund:
If the project has not started or the initial design has not been approved.
Refund processing time: up to 30 days after receiving the advance payment.
Partial Refund:
If there is a failure to deliver after the approval of the initial design or after delivery of any part/milestone of the project.
The partial refund will be proportional to the work completed, not exceeding 60% of the total project cost.
Refund processing time: up to 30 days after the refund request is approved by the Gavroche LLC team.
No Refunds:
If the project is completed and uploaded to the server.
If there are delays due to client change requests or delayed client responses.
Applicability of Delivery Policy
The project is not considered void unless all agreed payments are cleared.
Refund policies are inapplicable if the required information for project completion is not provided on time.
Gavroche LLC is not obligated to honor delivery or refund commitments if incomplete information is provided or frequent change requests are made after finalizing the project/design/document.
No compensation for delivery delays is provided unless a penalty clause for delays is explicitly included in a signed agreement.
If the project has been completed and uploaded to the server, or if delays are caused by client requests or response delays, refunds are not applicable.
